Welcome to Ekhos Sound Healing. I'm Leigh, and my journey with sound healing began in 2019, during a period of personal health challenges and a search for spiritual growth. I was always drawn to holistic practices, and at that time, I personally experienced the powerful healing possible with the vibrational energy of sound. This journey took an even more significant turn during a life-changing spiritual retreat in Greece. Upon returning home, I began playing the crystal bowls myself, deepening my connection to this ancient healing art. Since then, I have been traveling the World sharing my love for sound, vibration and energy.
Sound healing harnesses the principles of entrainment, where the rhythmic vibrations synchronize with the body’s natural frequencies, promoting deep relaxation and holistic well-being. Scientifically, this practice is rooted in the idea that every cell in our body has its own unique frequency, and exposure to harmonious external frequencies can facilitate cellular healing and balance.
